Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any work you ask Quality Auburn Spray Foam Insulation to quote or do. By using the site, calling us or sending us a request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, and you're still welcome to call us with questions first.

"We," "us" and "our" mean Quality Auburn Spray Foam Insulation. "You" means the person using the site or hiring us. You can get back to the start any time from our home page.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Auburn, AL. Our crew installs spray foam, blown-in and other insulation, air seals attics and other spaces, puts down vapor barriers and removes old insulation for homes and businesses in Auburn and the cities around it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

What's on this website is general information to help you understand the work. It isn't a quote or a promise about your house, because we only know what your job needs once we've seen it in person.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free and done in person, with no pressure and no obligation. Your price depends on things like the size of the space, how much insulation is already up there, the material you choose and how much air sealing or old material removal the job needs.

An estimate is based on what we can see that day. If we open up an attic, wall or crawl space and find something we couldn't see before, like soaked or contaminated insulation or damaged framing, we'll stop, show you and agree on any change with you before we do extra work.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a date with you once you approve the estimate. Weather, material supply and conditions we find on site can move a date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and reschedule with you.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to clear stored items where we've asked. Some jobs, spray foam in particular, need you, your kids and your pets out of the house for a while, and you agree to follow the re-entry time we give you, meaning when it's safe to come back inside.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or started work, you may owe for those costs, and we'll explain them before we bill you.

Payment

Payment is due as written on your approved estimate or invoice, including any deposit and when the balance is due. If you have questions about a bill, call us before the due date so we can sort it out with you.

If a payment is late, we may pause remaining work until it's settled. You're responsible for reasonable costs of collecting an unpaid balance where Alabama law allows it.

Our guarantee and what we don't promise

We're licensed and insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something about the job isn't right, tell us and we'll come back out to look at it with you.

Insulation products carry the maker's own warranty, and any product warranty comes from that maker under their terms. Beyond our satisfaction guarantee and what's written in your agreement, we don't promise any specific savings on your power bill or comfort result, because those depend on your house, your HVAC system and how you use it.

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's free of errors or always available.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Alabama law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of your home, from the website or our work. Our total responsibility for any claim about a job won't be more than what you paid us for that job.

We also aren't responsible for problems caused by conditions we couldn't reasonably see, by work other people do after us or by not following the re-entry time and care instructions we give you. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If we disagree

Call us first. Most problems get settled with a conversation and a visit, and we'd rather fix something than argue about it.

If we can't work it out, either of us may take the matter to a court in the Alabama county where the work was done.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and post the new version on this page. The terms in place when you approved your estimate apply to that job, and the current terms apply to your use of the site from then on.
